We don’t look at aircraft maintenance from a distance. Our leadership is connected to the customers we serve; the work being performed and the people performing it.
That starts with owners Mike Chally and Benji Farr.
Benji came up through aircraft maintenance turning wrenches, leading teams, and building the kind of technical reputation that follows you from one hangar to the next. His career grew with the work, from mechanic to technical leader and eventually to co-owner and VP of Technical Operations at VP Aviation.
Today, Benji leads our Mobile Response Teams, and even as our MRT program has expanded in size, capability and reach, every job stays connected to him from deployment through completion. He knows the work. He knows the crews. And he knows what’s happening in the field.
Mike has spent years building VP Aviation alongside the customers and aviation professionals we serve. His leadership reaches across the business, from long-standing customer relationships and sales to the decisions that have shaped how and where VP Aviation has grown.
Together, Mike and Benji have built a company where the business and the work aren’t separated from one another. The people making decisions know the customers, know what’s happening in the field and know the people doing the job.
You see that in our Aviation Staffing business, where we recruit experienced aviation professionals for MROs, OEMs, airlines, and repair stations. And you see it in our Mobile Response Teams, where handpicked crews deploy worldwide for AOG recovery, complex repairs and Special Projects.
As VP Aviation has grown, so have the size and complexity of the projects we’re trusted to support. But growth hasn’t changed what sits at the center of the company.
