About the Role

As an Aviation Recruiter in Clearwater, Florida, you will recruit Aircraft Mechanics and Aviation Maintenance Technicians for contract assignments across the United States.

This is a performance-driven recruiting role that requires high outbound call volume and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Aviation Maintenance Technicians nationwide

• Perform high-volume outbound cold calls daily

• Review inbound leads from job boards, social media, text and email campaigns

• Conduct resume searches through multiple databases

• Screen and qualify candidates efficiently

• Follow up quickly and consistently

• Support VP Aviation technicians throughout assignments

• Use social media to assist recruiting efforts

• Manage a high volume of candidate activity daily

Outbound calling is critical to success in this Aviation Recruiter position.

Location Requirement

This Aviation Recruiter role is based in Clearwater, Florida.

Candidates must be able to work in-office a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Remote work is not available for this position.

Requirements

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Ability to filter through a high volume of candidates

• Able to prioritize during high-demand periods

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal team members

• Sales background or sales environment experience preferred

• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

• Aviation experience not required

• Recruiting experience preferred
