VP Aviation Technical Services announces the appointment of Chad Sanders as Director of Technical Operations, strengthening leadership supporting the company’s growing aircraft maintenance and Mobile Response Team operations.
Chad steps into this role following several years supporting VP Aviation’s Mobile Response Teams, delivering aircraft maintenance support for customers responding to AOG events and specialized maintenance projects nationwide. His experience working directly in the field brings operational insight and practical leadership to VP Aviation’s Technical Operations organization.
Working alongside technicians and customer maintenance teams across multiple projects, Chad has developed a strong understanding of what customers need most when maintenance timelines tighten and preparation becomes critical. His leadership approach reflects the same standards VP Aviation Mobile Response Teams are known for throughout the industry: preparation, professionalism, and consistent execution.
According to VP Aviation Vice President of Technical Operations Benji Farr, Chad’s appointment reflects experience earned through real-world project execution.
