Lead an Experienced Aircraft Interiors Team

We’re seeking an experienced Aircraft Interiors Supervisor to oversee aircraft interior projects while providing hands-on leadership to a team of technicians. This position is responsible for coordinating workflow, assigning daily priorities, supporting employees, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians performing aircraft interior work, including seats, upholstery, soft goods, and interior installations.
• Assign daily work and establish production priorities.
• Coordinate labor resources based on project schedules.
• Work with management and other departments to keep projects on schedule.
• Coach, mentor, and develop aircraft interior technicians.
• Review employee timecards and maintain accurate work orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist the team as needed to ensure projects are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aircraft interiors experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of aircraft interior materials, installation techniques, and repair procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in aircraft maintenance environments.
• Ability to maintain required tools.
