This A&P Mechanic Tampa Florida position is a contract role supporting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and component replacement on multiple aircraft platforms. Mechanics will work alongside experienced teams while ensuring each aircraft is maintained to FAA and customer standards.

Overview

Contract position supporting commercial aircraft maintenance

Perform routine, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

Repair, modify or replace components as assigned

Troubleshoot aircraft systems and document corrective actions

Develop repair schemes using SRM or Engineering data

Follow approved data and all maintenance procedures

Communicate progress and issues with co-workers and leadership

Complete work accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements

2 or more years of aircraft maintenance experience

FAA A&P license required

Must have own tools and transportation

Intermediate knowledge of aircraft systems

Ability to communicate effectively with maintenance personnel

Ability to read and interpret manuals, service bulletins, drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe maintenance practices
