What You’ll Do
Electronics Assembly Technicians with VP Aviation support high-reliability aerospace and defense programs. You will perform hands-on soldering, PCB assembly, rework, inspection, and wiring tasks that help ensure mission-ready results.
This includes surface-mount and through-hole soldering, cable and harness assembly, detailed inspection, documentation accuracy, and working closely with production and quality teams to maintain exceptional workmanship standards.
Qualifications We Look For
We are seeking candidates with electronics assembly and soldering experience, familiarity with IPC standards, strong attention to detail, the ability to read drawings and work instructions, and comfort working with precision inspection tools and microscopes.
