Electronics Technician Job Responsibilities
As an Electronics Technician, you may support:
- Testing and troubleshooting electronic circuit card assemblies
- Component-level troubleshooting on analog and digital circuits
- Setting up and operating electronic test equipment
- Performing operational checks and analyzing results
- Adjusting, calibrating, and repairing electronic systems
- Reading schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Using measurement tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Supporting rework, inspections, and production processes
- Documenting work performed and supporting quality requirements
Electronics Technician Requirements
To be considered for this Electronics Technician job in Oldsmar, FL, preferred qualifications include:
- 1+ year of electronics testing or troubleshooting experience
- Experience with circuit card assembly testing and repair
- Ability to troubleshoot to the component level
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Experience using electronic test equipment and measurement tools
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Military electronics or backshop experience is a plus
- Experience with RF or vibration/thermal testing is a plus
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to pass background check and onboarding requirements
