    Structures Mechanic – Lake Charles, Louisiana

    VP Aviation is hiring experienced Structures Mechanics for contract work in Lake Charles, Louisiana, supporting wide-body VIP aircraft maintenance. This opportunity involves structural maintenance on Boeing 777, 757, 767, and Airbus A330 aircraft.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Structures Mechanic, you’ll perform structural maintenance, repairs, and modifications while following approved maintenance procedures and manufacturer documentation.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Perform structural maintenance and repairs on wide-body aircraft
    • Complete repairs and modifications in accordance with engineering and manufacturer specifications
    • Interpret maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and repair documentation
    • Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production schedules
    • Follow all safety and company procedures
    • Communicate work progress with supervisors and fellow maintenance personnel

    Requirements

    To be considered, you should have:

    • Previous VVIP aircraft or commercial aircraft structures experience
    • Experience working on Boeing 777, 757, 767, and/or Airbus A330 aircraft preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance documentation
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
