VP Aviation is proud to announce that Director of Sales Patrick Brousseau has earned the 2025 Executive Excellence Award. This Patrick Brousseau Award recognizes leadership, integrity, and measurable impact across aviation staffing and Mobile Response Teams.
Patrick is a former A&P Mechanic who understands aircraft maintenance from the hangar floor up. Because of that experience, he supports OEMs, MROs, and Business Aviation operators with practical workforce solutions. From AOG events to aircraft structures projects and WiFi install programs, he evaluates the situation and builds a solution that fits.
From A&P Mechanic to Aviation Staffing Leader
The Patrick Brousseau Award reflects more than performance. It highlights the trust he has built across the aviation industry. Many of the accounts supported by VP Aviation’s Mobile Response Teams exist because of his steady leadership and long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Patrick and his wife Erica recently welcomed their fifth baby boy. The same steadiness and commitment he brings to aviation staffing and aircraft maintenance support are reflected in his life at home.
