A&P Mechanic Job Overview
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing assigned maintenance tasks in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and company procedures. This role supports business aviation maintenance in a professional hangar environment.

A&P Mechanic Responsibilities

Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer maintenance manuals

Understand and complete all required steps within the assigned maintenance work scope

Document maintenance discrepancies and corrective actions accurately

Communicate parts, material, workmanship, or airworthiness concerns to the Lead Mechanic

Provide detailed shift turnover information, including work progress and open items

Properly tag and store aircraft components, parts, and panels

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and maintenance facilities

Supply and maintain required hand tools to perform job duties

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead Mechanic
A&P Mechanic Requirements

Valid and current Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License

Working knowledge of FAA regulations

Ability to read, understand, and interpret aircraft technical data

Effective written and verbal communication in English

Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team

Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds

Availability for domestic and international travel as required
