What or Who motivates you to excel in your career?

Our late founder, Tom Ventresco.  Continuing his work with the vision he had for this company is what motivates me.

What do you love most about working for VP Aviation?

The ability to help others while ensuring the success of the company is what I love most about working for VP Aviation.

Having been with the company for so long, how have you seen it evolve over the years?

When Tom hired me back in 2013, I took a leap of faith not knowing much about the aviation industry or whether VP Aviation was going to be successful or not. We have implemented so many processes and procedures along the way so to be able to see Tom’s legacy evolve into the company we are today with the wonderful team we have, is nothing short of amazing.

Share a key strategy for optimizing operational efficiency.

We as managers, should set aside time for checking in on procedures and find ways to continue to improve overall operational efficiency. In our business especially, there are opportunities to improve even with advancements that can impact the overall cost, the company’s productivity, employee morale and ultimately the success of the operation.
