    Description

    VP Aviation is hiring an A&P Mechanic in Lake City, FL to support C-Check work on commercial aircraft in an MRO maintenance environment.

    This is a contract opportunity for experienced aircraft maintenance professionals looking for steady work, strong pay, and a location with affordable housing options.

    Pay Details

    Offering $1,280 per week at 40 hours, not including overtime.

    Scope of Work

    • Perform C-Check maintenance on commercial aircraft
    • Complete inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance tasks
    • Follow FAA regulations and manufacturer manuals
    • Work as part of an MRO maintenance crew

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2+ years of commercial aircraft experience
    • Valid A&P License
    • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and documentation
    • Comfortable working in a team environment
