It is with great pleasure that VP Aviation announces the promotion of T.J. Lode from Talent Acquisition Manager to Director of Talent of Acquisition. T.J. joined VP Aviation in the summer of 2018 with extensive experience in aviation maintenance staffing. The bulk of T.J.’s career was with PlaneTechs as a customer account manager, managing several of PlaneTechs’ largest accounts such as AAR and Zodiac Aerospace.
As Director of Talent Acquisition for VP Aviation, T.J. continues to develop and implement recruitment processes connecting our customers with the TOP Aviation Mechanics in the industry. T.J. also works closely with our customers forecasting future workforce needs as well as any changes in requirements and regulations. “T.J. makes a difference in an Aircraft Mechanic’s life everyday.
